Currently there are two ways:
A. Automatic addition from the waitlist to the registered list as soon as a spot opens up in the registered list.
B. Sending a request for approval to the client who moves from the waitlist to the registered list. The client has X amount of time (preset) to make a decision. If the client does not approve within the X time, the spot moves to the next in line on the waitlist.
In the class details under Manage Participants>on the left the trash can icon and clicking on it will open the cancellation registration options and late cancellation

You can now set a specific time frame before the start of a meeting (individual and group) when registration for it will be closed! The "Registration Closing Time" tool was created so you can have full control of your schedule, and so you'll always have enough time to prepare for meetings with your clients!

You can cancel various events in your schedule by clicking on them and choosing the "trash can" icon.
Note, if it is a series of events, the management system will ask if you want to cancel the specific event you clicked on or the entire series. It will then ask if you want to cancel the class or delete it completely from the schedule. In both cases your clients will no longer be able to register for the cancelled/deleted events, and any existing registrations will be cancelled.
To cancel from the schedule itself > hover over the desired class in the schedule and click the trash can.
When adding or editing an event, you can access the event settings screen and set its cancellation policy. There are a total of three cancellation conditions for events which we will detail in order of appearance:
A. Allows clients to cancel their registration for an event at any given time, with no limitation or fee.
B. Allows clients to cancel their registration for an event up to a set number of hours before the start of the event with no fee. If clients enter into the specific timeframe you set, the client app will not allow them to cancel their registration.
C. Allows clients to cancel their registration for an event up to a set number of hours before the start of the event with no fee. If clients enter into the specific timeframe you set, the client app will allow them to cancel their registration but they will be charged.
Arbox's new schedule allows quick addition and registration of leads into the management system in general, and to specific calendar events. Please click on one of your existing events in the calendar, then choose "Manage Participants". Now, in the top left of the screen you can see a new button "Register New Lead" - please click it. Finally, add the lead's details and that's it! The lead is successfully added to your management system and registered for the specific event simultaneously.
If you want to go directly to your client list and skip the "quick view", all you need to do is follow these simple steps: First, click on the settings icon that appears in the top left of the calendar. Now, select "Calendar Settings". Finally, please click on the "General" category and turn off the "Quick View" toggle.
Very easily! Please click on the settings icon that appears in the top left of the calendar. Now, select "Service Types", and choose the specific event you want to edit. Finally, a new screen will appear with all the details you wanted to change, make the necessary changes and save them. After refreshing the management system you will see the event names and colors change in the calendar.
