Introducing the New Homepage
Welcome to your new and improved platform! Your home screen presents and includes all of the common tasks you will use to run your business, and will be the first thing you encounter when you log in to Arbox. New clients can track their progress and easily access actions they still need to take in order to build their business with Arbox. Once you have completed all of the initial steps (whether you are relatively new to the platform or have been using it for a long time). This section will transform and show important system updates. Don’t worry - The dashboard did not go anywhere, you can still access it from the side menu to track your business.
Your Most Used Actions All-in-One Place
Streamline your work by easily accessing common actions! Our new “quick actions” button is situated at the top of the side menu and will be present wherever you are on the platform. There you can add clients, send messages, make purchases and more.
Effortlessly Search for Clients, Leads and Staff Members
You can find the search icon at the top right side of the platform. Here you can search for clients, leads and staff members, view their activity status and access detailed profiles containing their information. Couldn't find the person you are looking for? You can easily add your clients, leads and staff directly from the search area.
The New and Informative Help Center
Have a question regarding a certain action on the platform? Want to watch video tutorials that will guide you step by step? Our new help center is here for you! Access the help center by clicking on the help icon at the top right side of the screen, right next to the search icon. You will be able to access the help center from anywhere in the platform and read information tailored to the section of Arbox you are currently on. Here you can read articles categorized by subjects, watch video tutorials, inform yourself about recently launched updates and browse our Q&A section.
Share Your Schedule and Shop Links to Increase Revenue
At the top right corner of the screen, you can find the “my links” icon, by clicking on it you can access and read detailed information about your schedule link and online shop. Every business that creates an Arbox account earns access to a schedule link and online shop of their own. The links are synced to your management platform and contain your services, products and membership types. Send the links to your clients in order to allow them to view, book and pay for your services themselves.
