Job Overview:

We are looking for an amazing Head of Sales to join our team. If you are a Sales Ninja and wish to be part of a startup with a dynamic atmosphere and a fast-growing customer base, we are looking for you!

Our product has disrupted the Israeli market with presence in 650+ gyms across the country. Looking ahead, we plan to build on our rapid growth in Israel and expand overseas. What will you do?

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow Arbox’s business
  • Prospect aggressively to develop new business partners through networking, referrals, company lead generation and cold calling
  • Work independently and with assigned business partners to prospect, qualify, promote and close large opportunities with strategic accounts in Israel and other markets abroad through business partners.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform, educate and close business.
  • Learn, develop, adapt ways to evangelize and differentiate Arbox.
  • Acquire in depth knowledge of Arbox products, services and  competition.  

What will you need?

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a meaningful track record.
  • Rely on experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • The ability to handle a variety of complex tasks and are comfortable working independently with remote support.
  • Strong communication skills, effective presentation skills (verbal, writing).
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Possess strong sales executive skills including time management, planning, critical thinking, communication, negotiation and deal closing.
  • Be able to learn quickly from mistakes, continually improve through self-awareness and team, manager feedback.   
  • Be a “Go-getter”, do what it takes, intelligent and effective in sales.
  • Excellent relationship builder and manager
  • Fluent in English
  • A strategic thinking self-starter with a broad mind and a “can-do” approach.
  • Team player, punctual, respectful, authentic with good leadership skills.
