What will you do?

As a Global Sales Specialist, you are the first person with whom our potential customers interact and you’re responsible for that all-important first impression. You identify if there is a good fit between Arbox and the potential customer, answer their questions, and get them excited about taking the next steps to becoming a valued customer. As part of your role you will be in charge of successfully managing relationships with our customers and surfacing additional new business opportunities through those conversations.

What will you need?

  • 2+ years of related experience in global sales. Knowledge in the Fitness and/or Wellness industry is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written, with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Experience leveraging Customer Relationship Management tools, with CRM preferred
  • Knowledge of web technologies or web savvy
  • Proven Sales and Negotiation abilities. 
  • The ability to develop positive professional relationships with SMB owners,  industry leaders, studio owners, and other professionals from the fitness industry. 
  • Strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and high level of initiative, creativity and flexibility
  • Ability to consistently maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time and function in a high demanding environment
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
