We’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Operation Specialist to join our amazing sales team.

What your Arbox day will look like

  • Actively support the Israel region sales team with different activities such as proposals, presentations preparation of customer documents, workshops, and more.
  • Follow up, Manage, report, and document all sales opportunities and new leads.
  • Manage company Orderbook and contract management process.
  • Follow up with Sales team and Account Managers to assure alignment of all customer-related opportunities, according to company processes and procedure
  • Assist with Account Management.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPI’s and quota

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • A good listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills 
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • A team player with a high level of dedication, proactivity, and a positive approach.
  • Feel comfortable with a dynamic environment
  • An ambitious, multitasking, and independent self-starter
  • Certification in sales or marketing – an advantage
