Head of Product

About The Position


Do you go all the way? At Arbox, being the Head of Product means you’ll lead a team that is responsible for the entire product life cycle from beginning to end! This is your baby! You’ll lead and oversee market research and mastermind on-brand product strategy, coming up with creative new ideas to grow our product and perfect customer experience. You’ll work closely with management and various teams to launch new products and drive engagement.

What your Arbox day will look like

  • Work with upper management in leading and shaping Arbox products, their operations, methodologies, and workflow processes.
  • Be the product team leader and the main focal point for internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Gain a deep understanding of needs, generate new and potential ideas that grow product efficiency, market share, and drive growth.
  • Gather input from a variety of internal and external sources to define product concepts; respond to the needs of customers throughout the development process; analyze competitors and market trends; evaluate technologies; develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communication.
  • Shape the product’s strategy and roadmap as well as prioritize initiatives according to their cost/benefit as they align with business goals and KPIs.
  • Be responsible for the product life cycle: from design and development to launch and iterative improvement and growth.
  • Set the Product’s milestones and plan with the R&D team on how to meet milestones.

Requirements

  • 5 + years experience in Product Management and leadership roles in a SaaS or software company.
  • Experience in a rapid growth and fast-paced B2B start-up environment
  • Ability to conceptualize new ideas and translate them into a sustainable strategy plan
  • Ability to act as a cross-functional bridge with internal key stakeholders such as R&D, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Experience delivering elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with a “can-do & get things done” approach
  • Data-Driven with the ability to switch from a creative to an analytical mindset
  • A highly motivated all-around team player with amazing Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
