Revenue. A metric that’s pretty simple, but its simplicity shouldn’t overshadow its importance. Being aware of your total revenue is essential for monitoring the growth and success of your business. That’s why we’ve built some pretty robust data points into the Arbox platform to enable you to stay on top of your revenue in a variety of ways.

First, you have the total revenue this month shown as part of the main Arbox dashboard. You can quickly and easily understand how much money you’re bringing in this month, but obviously we want to take things further. Clicking on this green box will open up a much more detailed reporting page based entirely on the revenue of your business.

Welcome to the revenue report. Here you can see the major numbers at a glance like daily revenue, total monthly receipts, monthly revenue before VAT or with VAT included (if applicable), the forecast of total revenue for next month as well as the forecast for next month based on direct debit recurring payments. 

Further down on this main page of the report, you can even see a more in-depth breakdown of today’s revenue numbers. There are also other pages as shown in the image above where you can segment the revenue by specific dates or by transaction dates.

We know that there is a lot to unpack here, but having a firm grasp on your revenue, especially from different vantage points will give you plenty of helpful information about your gym. You can see simply how much money you’re bringing in daily and monthly. You can track which days of the week are performing better than others. You can discover which months are considered high season or low season and then use that information to plan accordingly for next year. 

Once you’re more aware of how your revenue is calculated every month, you can then make changes to try and bring in even more. With the Arbox platform, as well as the mobile member app, you can offer upselling and purchasing of additional materials to all of your members. This can include merchandise from your gym, additional classes or training sessions and of course higher tiers of memberships.
