At Arbox, we talk a lot about growing and scaling your business, and adding new members is key to making that happen. In a previous article, we discussed how important it is to keep your current members engaged, but that doesn’t detract from the necessity of constantly looking to improve your overall numbers and client base.

Every month, one of your top KPIs (key performance indicators) should be how many new members were added. It’s also essential to know where these new members are coming from – are they leads who were converted into paying members? Did they come from social media or your other marketing efforts? Are they more “word of mouth” or drop-ins?

Sure, it’s great to see that you gained 100 new members this month, but it definitely helps to know which of your efforts are paying off and where you should put more emphasis in the coming months.

Within the Arbox platform, there is a robust reporting section that will help you understand and break down the data on your new members. Try out these reports to help discover all of your new members:

  • All active members
    • Open up this report that includes your entire database of members and filter the “Created On” tab by a recent date to see how many members have joined since that day
  • Converted leads
    • This metric appears on the dashboard and can also be opened up into a separate report to view how many leads have been converted during a given time period
  • Sales reports
    • Take a look at all of your sales over the past month or your desired time frame and filter by membership sales to see how many new memberships have been purchased

If you’re looking for a quick overview of your new members based on the above criteria (converted leads, sales, general overview), you can click on the “Insights” tab in the platform sidebar and see our detailed dashboard:

It’s up to you to bring in new members every month but rest assured that you have all the right tools to monitor your marketing and sales efforts whenever you need them.
